2023 Residential Award Winners

Corey Construction Residential Roofing

installed slate material on the roof and dormer walls that was imported in from Spain.  Corey also installed radius standing seam on the dormer roofs, chimney pots, and finials using 16 oz copper that was patinaed with a liver of sulfer to darken the metal.

Guardian Roof Systems

installed a flat roof system with Versico .60 Mil Gray TPO using a mechanical attachment over an existing modified bitumen roof.  Custom flashing was made to tie the flat roof membrane into the 5V Crimp metal wall panels.

Hillco Building Service

installed a Roser Stone Coated steel roof system which was the very first approved stone coated steel project in Augusta Pines. The project included some custom cut panels around radius sections of this roof.
